Account and order help
Sign in with the same Google account or email you used to order. If you forgot your password or cannot access your account, contact support for help. Password resets are handled through support.
Your orders show the payment and fulfillment status reported by our system. A completed checkout does not mean fulfillment is complete. Refresh My orders to check the latest status.
Service terms
Review the product, quantity, repository details and price before paying. Account products cost $1.00 per account. Other service pricing is pending; online checkout for those services is unavailable until pricing is confirmed.
Availability is checked when an order is submitted. Repository services relate to the GitHub repository you specify. Contact support to confirm service scope and any requirements before ordering.
GitHubStart is an independent service and is not affiliated with GitHub. You are responsible for how you use purchased services or accounts and for complying with applicable platform rules. We do not promise rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
Privacy information
Your email and authentication information are used to provide account access. Order records include the product, quantity, payment status and any repository details you submit. Google sign-in is optional.
Payment checkout is handled by Stripe. Account credentials are shown only in the authenticated order details after fulfillment. Keep your account access and delivered credentials private.
For questions about your personal information or account deletion, contact support. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request.
Refund and payment questions
If you encounter an incorrect charge, an expired payment session, or a fulfillment issue, contact support with your order ID. Refund requests are reviewed against the order and payment records. Contact support to confirm any applicable refund conditions before purchasing; no automatic refund or delivery-time guarantee is offered here.
Do not repeat payment while the status of an earlier checkout is unclear. Check My orders or contact support first.
